At Element Engineering, we built BusMin because we needed it ourselves. As a high-performing team with limited administrative resources, we struggled to justify a dedicated project manager while ensuring we provided maximum value to our clients.
Why we created BusMin.
Back in 2014, we realised that scaling Element Engineering Australia was going to be a challenge. We were tracking time in spreadsheets, dealing with high admin overhead, and wasting valuable time on unproductive tasks. To solve this, we developed our first version of BusMan, integrating a streamlined approach to managing our operations.
As our business grew and new technologies emerged, we saw an opportunity to create a scalable, future-proof system that would not only support our internal needs but also help other businesses thrive. BusMin was born out of this necessity—to reduce inefficiency, enhance productivity, and enable businesses to do more with less.
